1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This viral stuff was what brought me here
I had been seeing the peel shot videos all over Facebook and Tik Tok and my curiosity got the best of me. Now I’m still not convinced that this stuff pulls out all the blackheads. I’m certain the little pilled up stuff is just the rice used in the bottle, but I can’t complain because my skin glows after I use it! And the rice toner is amazing! It’s really watery so I have to be careful not to spill it when i pour some into my hand, but then I rub it into both palms and pat it into my face and my skin glows from it! It’s super hydrating and any redness I had is gone! I love this stuff!
