[Dr.Melaxin 100% Refund Policy]
1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, Please contact our customer service team.
All exchanges and returns must be approved by the Dr.Melaxin Customer Center and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Dr.Melaxin is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.

1.Merchandise is generaly processed and prepared for shipment within 18 days of the order being placed, Monday through Friday lbusiness days only).

Peel shot glow white rice ampoule is the strangest and most wonderful exfoliator I've ever used. The dead skin rolled off my face in such a large degree I was shocked. I used it 3x in a row as it just jept coming off. No issues with sensitivity or harm. My skin gets softer as I continue to use it. My husband wants a bottle for himself. I'll get him the stronger one. Don't hesitate buying this as it is reputable.
